Light: African violets prefer half shade to light and do not tolerate direct sun.

Temperature: Maintain a 70 - 74F room temperature and keep humidity levels to 40 - 50%

Water: Water often during the summer and sparingly during the winter months. Your violet should be kept moist but not soaked. Do not water on top of the leaves or flowers. Use lukewarm water only as cold water will mark the leaves.

Fertilizer: Fertilize regularly using African violet food - once every two weeks in the summer and once a month in the winter

Continuing Care: Remove faded / dead leaves and flowers promptly
