Light: Poinsettias thrive on indirect, natural daylight. Exposure to at least six hours daily is recommended. Avoid exposing Poinsettia to direct sunlight which could result in fading colour. If direct sunlight is unavoidable, diffuse with shade or sheer curtain.

Temperature: Poinsettia does best when daytime temperatures do not exceed 20°C (70°F). Keep them protected from drafts.

Water: Keep the soil moist. Do not let Poinsettia sit in standing water.

Continuing Care: When the Poinsettia is no longer in bloom, prune back in the spring to encourage new growth. They do best in rich organic soil with good drainage.
