The foundation of our environmental stewardship program is energy conservation, efficiency, and integrated pest management. We collect, reuse and recycle irrigation greywater to prevent chemically treated water from entering the local watershed. We also use beneficial insects instead of pesticides. Monitoring helps us to identify problem pests right away before they become widespread. So we monitor at each stage of plant development. Our facility has been upgraded to maximize energy efficiency, and our shipping boxes are made of 100% recycled cardboard products.
